Cost Calculator
I have created a convenient web-based Health Insurance Cost Calculator for you to use. It will give you a look at the costs for yourself and/or any dependents that you want to add to your plan. At the end of the calculator you can submit the information if you would like us to use it for updating your enrollment.
Health Plan
We are still offering the Platinum Plan for $60 per week and the Gold Plan for $30 per week.
As an additional benefit to you and your families we are now offering a contribute of up to $400 per month to go towards any dependent(s) added to your health plan choice.
Vision
Vision coverage is no longer included in the Base Health plan cost. It is available to employees for $1.69 a week. Price for Dependents can be found on the Vison Benefits page.
